What is included in your holiday

The cost of each holiday includes bed, breakfast, light lunch and evening meal. Also included are tuition / leader fees, shared taxi expenses to and from the airport and one minibus trip to Oradea.

Pocket money to cover coffees and pizza on the day in town, evening wine and any gifts you may wish to purchase should be in Romanian Lei which are easily available from British banks and Post Offices.

A deposit of £100 is required on booking. This will be refundable if for any reason the holiday has to be cancelled by us. You will receive confirmation from us when we have enough bookings to make the holiday viable. Once you receive this confirmation you will need to make your own travel arrangements, to Budapest airport via BA from Heathrow, or EasyJet from Gatwick, or to Cluj Napoca via Wizzair from Luton. We will arrange taxis to meet you so it would be sensible to synchronise arrival times. Please liaise with the holiday leader. The price of the taxi is included in the holiday price.

The remainder of monies due should be paid six weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

Don't forget to take out personal holiday insurance when you book your airline tickets, and please let us know in good time if you have any dietary requirements.
